Unless otherwise agree in writing, your agreement with Aas Online will always include, a minimum , the term and condition set out in this document

Hook2events.com (website) is an internet based portal owned and operated by Aas Online,
a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its office at Jaipur, India.
The company provides its services to you subject to following terms of services, which may
be updated by the company from time to time without notice to you. Please check the the term of
services periodically for changes. By using our Site, you agree to following terms and conditions
(" the term of services"). If you do not understand or agree with these Terms of Service, please do
not use the Site or the Hook2events Service (as defined below) and do not register to be a member of
the Site.
- Registration
You may require to register with website if you want to create, share, receive, participate in event or invitation, sharing and uploading video and pictures, putting comment or feedback,
stating your relationship, accessing or creating your profile, save and access information or any such services where website require to register. Please note that not all of the features
in the previous
sentence may be available at any given time and that website may require registration for additional features that may be developed or added to the website from time to time.
In order to complete your registration with website, you need to provide your email id, name, surname and password to create account. You may require or provide additional personal information.
You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

The website offers to create and receive, share, promote, join event including comment, share and upload photos and videos, making and adding contract.
All content and services made available through the Site that were not made available as of the "Last Updated" date above, shall automatically be deemed to be part of the Hook2events Service when
first made available through the Site.

The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of Aas Online in respect of the Website.
You further consent that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to you.
- User obligation and conduct
You agree and undertake to use the Website only for proper material. By way of example, and not
as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when using the Website, you will not:

Aas Online owns all Intellectual property rights to the website including designs, know-how, trade secrets, title and interest in and to copyright, related right, database, icons, graphics, text and content, unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to contrary or any proprietary material owned by a third party and so expressly mentioned.
You acknowledge and agree that you shall not use, distribute or reproduce any content from the website belonging to Aas Online.
You will also solely responsible for text, photo, images, content uploaded or provided by you and any other material may be accessible through your post, transmit or store when using the Website.
- Modification/addition/suspension of services:
You agree that the company may at any time, on its sole discretion, add, modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Aas online may contain linked to third party website or link, these linked sites are not under control of Aas Online and Aas online is not responsible for material of these linked sites.
The users are requested to verify accuracy of these links on their own.
- Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
Aas online neither warrant nor make representation regarding accuracy, quality or completeness of any information, data, services, product offered by user or third party.
Aas online will not be liable in any case for any incidental, direct, indirect , consequential damages or any other damage or damage/loss due to failure/delay to provide services
Aas Online will also not be responsible for non availability of website.
- Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify to Aas Online, its officers, employees, partner from and against any and all loss, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses asserted against or incurred by Aas Online that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, and breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these Terms.
- Termination
You acknowledge and agree that Aas Online, may at any time discard and remove any content with the services, in its sole discretion , for any reason, if Aas online believe you have violated
or acted inconsistently with the spirit of term and condition of services.
Aas Online also terminate or suspend your acidity on this website. Aas online or you terminate your activity on this website, Aas online may delete yours content or account permanently and Aas online will not have any liability to you and third party in doing so.
- Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, India.
